The improved version of the automatic curtain pinch pleat machine with “Automatic Feed Function”. The pleating will be done automatically, and after the materials have been pleated, they will be pushed and fed towards the sewing frame for the stitching process automatically. Therefore, the pleating result will be more consistent and uniform.
It can easily be adjusted by removing or adding pleating metal to do either a single, double, or triple pleat.
The pleating device is independently controlled by a separate PLC unit that has been programmed to be synchronized with the sewing control system. The rest of the electrical components are Schneider contactor units and a Mitsubishi Electric Inverter unit.
