This single-needle curtain hemming workstation features a synchronous moving platform. Most suitable for sewing the side hem and the bottom hem. (Hemming folders/binders are sold separately).

This type of S-CT21 Series is equipped with a synchronous conveyor belt system. The movement of the conveyor belt has been programmed to be synchronized with the sewing speed. And with the help of the conveyor workstation, the operator does not have to stop many times to stop and pull the curtain panel while sewing the curtain panel. In a conventional method with a regular sewing machine, the operator will face daily difficulties to sew a large curtain panel due to the weight of the curtain pulling downward while s/he are sewing the curtain panel; therefore, the operator keeps on pulling the panels forward bit by bit while they sew the panel along the way to the end. This workstation will make the hemming process a lot easier, therefore increasing the production efficiency significantly.
