Equipped with an “Automatic Curtain Pleat Calculation Module” that allows the operator to input the curtain panel’s original width, pleat numbers, preferred pleat distance, and some other parameters, as well as the targeted finished width after pleating on the Touch Screen control panel. Then the computer module will automatically calculate the parameters based on the operator’s required measurements, and then the pleating device will adjust automatically depending on the parameters from the curtain pleat calculated values.

The machine also adopts the same pleating mechanism as the S-CT250 “Automatic Feed Function”. The pleating will be done automatically, and after the materials have been pleated, they will be pushed and fed towards the sewing frame for the stitching process automatically. Therefore, the pleating result will be more consistent and uniform.

It can easily be adjusted by removing or adding pleating metal to do either a single, double, or triple pleat.

The pleating device is independently controlled by a separate PLC unit that has been programmed to be synchronized with the sewing control system. The rest of the electrical components are Schneider contactor units and a Mitsubishi Electric Inverter unit.
