This S-254 is mainly used for attaching jeans and casual pants belt loop. It is simple and easy to operate. Processes of automatic checking, cutting, folding and tacking are completed in one time. It offers flexible adjustment, and high efficiency production.
Compared to a traditional method, where there are workers to cut, check the joining, sewing and doing reinforcement tacking, this machine can do all process at ones. With a production output rate about 4 - 5 pants / minute (assuming each pant has 5 belt loops).
